Bak Kut Teh

Hi pplz,

Hopefully there are still people around after me missing in action for such a long long time. So sorry about it. All I can say is, all the Stupid Lazy bugs fault! It has been crawling over me all these while. Lucky my Flu bugs kill it but now i'm stuck with the Flu bugs!!

I promised my hubby that i will blog about his Bak Kut Teh as he claimed that he can cooked very nice!!

Oh well, it actually taste quite good. But the process of cooking it, is just so funny.

After cooking for some time:-
Alf:" Dear, the soup is not salty enough, how?"
Me:" Add some salt!"
Awhile later..
Alf: "Dear, the soup very salty now, HOW!!! You come!!!"
[Me walking to the kitchen to taste the soup!]
Me :" ok lar! Still can accept!!"
Alf:" Arragh! Is so perfect! Should not have add the last 2 spoon of salt!See the salt also angry!"
[Alf angrily keep the salt container back to the cupboard]
Some time pass again...
Alf:" Dear, the soup getting more salty!!"
Me:" Add some sugar bah!"
Alf:" You sure?!?! Come and save my soup!!"
[Alf looking at the soup angrily]
Alf:" Are you very hungry?"
Me:" No, Why?"
Alf:"I add water and let it boil longer" [Time taken: 7pm]
Time at 8pm
Me:" 8pm already and I haven eat my dinner!!"
Then we finally start to prepare the dinner and eat at 8.30pm.

But i have to say is the meat is really very tender and it taste quite good as well. By looking at the color of the soup will know! Bagus!!
