As for dinner, i fried brocolli and carrots, a fish and chicken herbal soup. This is the first time i actually pan fried a fish. What i mean is a whole fish and not fillet. Living in a family who don't like to eat fish for 20 over years, no chance for me to actually fried a fish. And now, married to a guy who loves to eat fish so much, no choice but to endure the oil "jumping" all over. The very next question to ask when frying a fish is: "How do i know whether the fish is cooked?".Oh well, i think it really depends on the cook's gut feeling!! At least, today my gut feeling is right!!
