"Food Tasting?!?!"

We have been trying to arrange a food tasting with the hotel but very sad to say we failed as either Alfred is not in Singapore or the Hotel is fully book. So in e end, we decided to go without the food tasting.
Since I'm going to Sherlene's Wedding so I will have my own Food Tasting :P

Braised Baby Abalone, Conpoy & Mushrooms with Dou Miao

Steamed Fresh Garoupa wif black fungus & Japanse Dried Radish

**Ee Fu Noodles** (The usual ones)

Sweetened Yam Paste wif Gingko nuts & Pumpkin syrup (Ever favourite)

Overall the food is not bad. Except i dun like the mushroom, abalone and dou miao. Fish i feel it is abit over cook. Fish meat is abit too dry already.
