** Birth Story of Asher **

The same as ReAnne, the birth story of Asher is not as exciting as other people BUT is so much longer than ReAnne.

So the saying of 2nd kid will be born faster than the 1st,

WRONG!!

At least for me, is so much longer and torturing than ReAnne!!

Although I have been feeling the pressure and Dr Lee been hinting that this baby will be coming out early, I been telling Asher to please wait at least after JieJie's birthday.

It all started on 14th, Friday!
The day we going to celebrate ReAnne's 3rd birthday in School.
So Daddy is back in Singapore as well.

Early morning, we went for my routine check up at Dr Lee's clinic.
He did a Vaginal check on me and sort of hinted that the baby is coming out soon.
(BTW, my gynae don't usually say the actual things, we have to guess and make assumption of his words)

After that, Hubz and I went for our lunch and collect ReAnne's Cake.
By noon, we went to the school and celebrate her birthday with her friends.

Right after the celebration, I'm feeling the cramps. Not intensive but is always there.
Feeling pretty uncomfortable, we called the clinic and was asked to go in and double check.

Dr Lee checked through my vaginal and told us we can admit or wait till the pain is more intensive.
I choose the latter.

The cramps continued so we decided to admit after ReAnne fell asleep and wait till 12am.
(As anytime after 12am is consider 1 day charge)

When we reached, the mid wife did a check on me and I was 2.5cm - 3cm dilated.
So i was given the medicine to poo and strap on CTG.

And then the long wait began.

** A photo b4 the real thing starts **

Through the night, I cannot sleep as the discomfort is just so disturbing.
By morning, not much dilation so Dr Lee asked the mid wife to give me drip to fasten the process.

Not long after the drip is given, the real PAIN starts!
If you are wondering if I took epidural,
The answer is Nope, I didnt!
And is really very painful and I regretted!!

Should have listen to the mid wife who keeps reminding me that there is epidural throughout the whole process!
(Not a very pro natrual mid wife)

I took the laughing gas and the tigh injections again,
But it works wonder this time round!

The mid wife taught me the correct way and it really makes me real high and not as pain but is still painful

After some time, the urge of pushing came and after a few pushing,
Baby Asher is out with no assistance!
(His head is smaller than his sister's)

As he is born 2 weeks earlier, he at 2.71kg is so much smaller than the sister!

All in all, I'm glad he is out healthy and hubz is around to experience the pain with me again!!

2Mths 4 days old

Slightly earlier than his sister, Lil Asher lifted his head for a few seconds during tummy time. This is Good enough for me to run to take my hp and took some photos!!
=P
Way to go boy! 1 milestone met!

Australia, Sydney Trip Day 2

Day 2 in Aussie!!

The weather was very good!
It was windy and nice!
So we took a walk to chinatown to look for our breakfast!

Walked past a "Breakfast Cafe" with alot of customers so we just walked in to try.
We ordered porridge, rice dumpling, dumplings and soya bean milk to share.
A hearty breakfast to warm our bodies!!
A note to you all, warm soya bean milk is serve in a bowl and is tasteless. Need to add white sugar to sweeten it yourself!
Hmm... Don't really like it! =P

** Photos taken by the lil photographer**
While waiting for our food!

After a full breakfast, is time to go for some shopping!!

As is still early, alot of the shops are still close so went to Paddy's Market.
Paddy's Market is just across the chinatown.
It sells alot of souviners and is so much cheaper than the shops out there.
So  I recommend this place if you are ever there!!

The weather must be so good that lil ReAnne fell asleep not long after we start our shopping.

After shopping, we went back to our apartment and rest!
Met up with Alfred's Aunty, Cousin and Family who arrived in the morning.

**  Isaac and ReAnne **

While the rest continue their rest, we took a cab down to Sydney Fish Market!
A lunch that we are all looking forward to!

**So angry with the "photographer" who "cut" our princess out"

When we walked in, we are welcome by all the FRESH SEAFOOD.

There are alot of choices!
After we walk around, we decided on this!
Bought a Seafood family plate and a cold dish!
(Too bad, I cannot eat the FRESH oyster!! The oyster I been aiming for so long!! =(  )

Everybody enjoyed the lunch! Especially the lil princess!
Fish n Chips with tomato sauce?
Which kid can resist?!?!

After lunch with the seagulls, we walked around the place and takes some photos.
ReAnne is so excited!
With all the seagulls flying around, she keep running around to chase them.

When is time to meet the rest of the group, we bid our goodbyes to the seagulls and start our walk to Sydney Aquarium!

Walk to Sydney Aquarium is actually abit far.
But the weather is so good that we didn't realise it!
Even the lazy princess also wants to take a stroll herself instead of sitting in her stroller!

Sydney Aquarium is at Sydney Harbour side.
So when we reached there, we are welcome by alot of seagulls again!
Excited princess start to feed the seagulls after seeing her cousins doing it!

P/S: No photos from the Aquarium as is too dark in there!

Stay tuned for Day 3 - Blue Mountain Tour

Pregnancy #2 : 8th Month

Here I am at my 32 weeks.
Is so normal to hear people saying my tummy is small!
I don't look like 8th Month pregnant and blah blah blah
But it looks pretty the same size as when I'm pregnant with ReAnne http://www.alfredroanna.blogspot.sg/2009/10/32-weeks-aka-8-mths.html.
What you think?
Till date I put on about 9kg and Baby A is 1.6kg at this moment.
Both of us are not putting as much weight as Baby ReAnne.
So I guess is time to eat more and pump more weight on Baby A!

Nothing much to report except I get tired more easily!
Nap seems like is a norm for me now! =P
Well I think I better enjoy the last 2 months (or Less) before I start my sleepless nights!

Mr Leek's Birthday Part 2

Celebration was just a simple dinner at Peach Garden White Sand.

The food was so so.
But what matters is the companions!!

As usual, birthday cake is a must.
As the kids love the singing, blowing of candles and eating cake the most.

Wishing my hubby Happy Birthday and Be healthy always!
Love u!! <3 p="p">

Mr Leek's Birthday Part 1

Mr Leek is back over the weekend to spend his birthday with us.
Since is a Friday, we let our lil Princess skip school and brought her to Sentosa, Port of Lost Wonders.

As she has been telling me that she wants to play sand, so we brought her toys along and went to the beach.

She was very excited. And this time round, she is more "daring" to play with the sand.

The sun is so strong that we decided to proceed to POLW, and cool ourselves with the water.

The place is not too big which is good for the Daddy as he no need to walk too far! =P
As for me, I can sit at the resting area and still be able to spot them.
Most importantly, our princess enjoyed herself.
Will go back for sure but only on weekday.
I can imagine the crowd on the weekends.

After almost 2hours, we changed and went for our lunch.
While waiting for dear to bath, camwhore is a must!

Stay tune for Part 2....
P/S: I'm loving my new camera!! =)

Her 1ST Ballet Class

Since young our little Princess always love dancing and singing. After seeing her Reia JieJie always go for weekly Ballet class, she been bugging us that she wants to learn as well.

Finally, the class started after waiting for a month plus.
Happily wearing her ballet costume, we went for her 1st lesson.

  ** Our Lil Ballerina **

The class was suppose to be a new class for new students but I realised all the kids have been learning for some time and ReAnne is the youngest of them all. (We cheated abit as the class was suppose to be for 3yrs and above) Most of the kids are 3plus to 4plus years old.

Nevertheless, I think our lil Princess still do pretty well and can follow the teacher!
And most important all, she love and enjoyed it so much. You can see from the videos below!
